The origins of Amnesia are shrouded in mystery, but what we know so far is that she’s the brainchild of a Dutch Breeder whose identity is unknown. Legend has it that the Original Amnesia was a product of crossing Northern Lights and Haze, and considering the Haze aromas exuded by the plant, the rumor seems to be true. No matter what the story, breeders at Dinafem seem to be smitten by the strain.


Original Amnesia by Dinafem was produced by back-crossing the strain with the original plant. Regarded as one of the most famous strains in the coffee shops of Amsterdam, Original Amnesia has managed to steal the hearts of many Haze lovers. With her unbeatable flowering period and magnificent yields, ironically, Original Amnesia is a strain you’ll never forget!


Taste

The presence of Haze offers exquisite aromas. It’s a sheer joy to grow the Original Amnesia, just for the aromas. With a miraculous amalgamation of haze, citrus and cedar notes, you’ll find it hard to cut the plant down. Curing the buds will enhance the taste of incense, cypress and spice flavors much more than you can imagine.


Effects

With over 18 percent , you can experience a heavy psychedelic effect. Original Amnesia consists of about 30 percent indica and 70 percent sativa. The cerebral rush is absolutely ethereal with long-lasting effects starting from your temple. Later, as the sativa effects fade away, the indica takes over to offer a deep physical relaxation.


Growing

Original Amnesia grows very much like a sativa-dominant plant with long serrated leaves. The buds are incredibly frosty with generous amounts of resin. She grows up to 3.5 m outdoors while producing almost 1.2 kilos of pure marijuana per plant! Indoors, she yields up to 600 grams/m2 of buds that will last a long time if you take the time to cure them.

    Very potent ! Definitely won't get amnesia from smoking lol. I justfind I can only smoke it when in my house otherwise I can get a bit freaked out - like when I smoke at my club and then walk home for example..

    So ONLY smoke it at home.. in my opinion anyway. I smoked it at a party and then when I left I literally thought EVERYONE was following me haha.. Got me really anxious which was then pursued when I got home i started stressing about my life and stuff.. When I was smoking with friends watching a film .. had the best time ever.. So itwill depend on your state of mind.
